Plagne ( Occitan : Planha ) is a French commune with 97 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). Plagne belongs to the Arrondissement of Muret and the canton of Cazères . The inhabitants are called Plagnains .

Plagne is about 61 kilometers south-southwest of Toulouse . Plagne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montclar-de-Comminges in the north and north-west, Palaminy in the north and north-east, Saint-Michel in the south and east and Ausseing in the west and south-west.
