Plagnole ( Occitan : Planhòla ) is a French commune with 305 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). Plagnole belongs to the arrondissement of Muret and the canton of Cazères (until 2015: canton of Rieumes ). The inhabitants are called Plagnolais .

geography

Plagnole is about 45 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Plagnole is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Forgues in the north and north-west, Rieumes in the north, south and east, Lautignac in the south, Le Pin-Murelet in the south-west and Monès in the west.
