Mairie Roques

Roques is a French commune with 4550 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitanie region . The inhabitants are called Roquois, Roquoises .

The municipality is part of the Aire urbaine de Toulouse (extended urban area) and lies on the Garonne . Roques is connected to the French road network by the former Route nationale 125 (now Autoroute A64 ) between Toulouse and Muret , as well as the Route nationale 117 to Spain .

Center commercial

At the site there is a natural gas compression system for gas station deliveries, the community water reservoir consisting of natural ponds and the Center commercial Roques (shopping center with the retail chain E.Leclerc , the furniture store IKEA , and others).

The population increased from 304 (1741) to the current level.
