Goutevernisse ( Occitan : Gotavernissa ) is a French commune with 187 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). Goutevernisse belongs to the Arrondissement Muret and the canton Auterive (until 2015 Rieux-Volvestre ). The inhabitants are called Goutevernissois .
geography
Goutevernisse is located about 28 kilometers south-southwest of Muret . Goutevernisse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rieux-Volvestre in the north, Montesquieu-Volvestre in the south and east, Saint-Christaud in the south-west and Gensac-sur-Garonne in the west.
