Savères ( Occitan : Savèra ) is a French commune with 218 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Muret and is part of the canton of Cazères (previously Rieumes ). The inhabitants are called Saveriens .

geography

The Touch flows through the municipality, which is about 20 kilometers southwest of Muret and about 38 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Savères is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rieumes in the north, Bérat in the east, Labastide-Clermont in the south and Lautignac in the west.
