Poucharramet ( Occitan : Pojarramet ) is a French commune with 880 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Muret and is part of the canton of Cazères (previously Rieumes ). The inhabitants are called Poucharramétois (es) .
geography
The Touch flows through the municipality, which is about 13 kilometers southwest of Muret and about 30 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Poucharramet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières in the north and north-west, Cambernard in the north, Lherm in the east and north-east, Bérat in the south and Rieumes in the west.
