Lussan-Adeilhac ( Occitan Luçan e Adelhac ) is a French commune with 227 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Cazères (until 2015 Le Fousseret ). The inhabitants are called Lulhacois or Lussannais .

Lussan-Adeilhac is about 64 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Lussan-Adeilhac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Polastron in the north, Casties-Labrande and Castelnau-Picampeau in the northeast, Fustignac in the east, Montégut-Bourjac in the east and southeast, Francon in the southeast, Samouillan in the south, Benque in the southwest, Peyrissas in the west as well Fabas in the northwest.
