Saint-Hilaire ( Occitan : Sent Alari ) is a French commune with 1,219 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). Saint-Hilaire belongs to the Arrondissement of Muret and the Canton of Muret . The inhabitants are called Saint-Hilairiens .
geography
Saint-Hilaire is located in the historic province of Savès , about six kilometers south-southwest of Muret city center . Saint-Hilaire is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Muret in the north and east, Le Fauga in the east and south-east, Lavernose-Lacasse in the south and Lherm in the west.
