Fustignac ( Occitan : Hustinhac ) is a French commune with 80 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Cazères (until 2015 Le Fousseret ). The inhabitants are called Fustignacais .

Fustignac is about 62 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Fustignac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lussan-Adeilhac in the north and west, Castelnau-Picampeau in the east, Montoussin in the southeast and Montégut-Bourjac in the south.
