Forgues ( Occitan : Hòrgas ) is a French commune with 212 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). Forgues belongs to the Arrondissement of Muret and the canton of Cazères . The inhabitants are called Forgais .

Forgues is about 41 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Forgues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lahage in the north and north-east, Rieumes in the east and south-east, Plagnole in the south and south-east, Monès in the south, Laymont in the south-west and Saint-Loube in the west.
