Pouy-de-Touges ( Occitan Poi de Tojas ) is a French municipality with 407 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne and the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the canton of Cazères (until 2015 Le Fousseret ). The inhabitants are called Pouysois .

Pouy-de-Touges is located about 50 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . The touch forms the northern municipality boundary. Pouy-de-Touges is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montastruc-Savès and Lautignac in the north, Labastide-Clermont in the east, Gratens in the east and south-east, Le Fousseret in the south, Castelnau-Picampeau in the south-west, Casties-Labrande in the west and Saint-Araille in the north-west
