Castelnau-Picampeau ( Occitan Castèthnau Picampau ) is a French commune with 215 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Cazères (until 2015 Le Fousseret ). The inhabitants are called Picampallois .

Castelnau-Picampeau is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Casties-Labrande in the north and north-west, Pouy-de-Touges in the north and north-east, Le Fousseret in the east and south-east, Montoussin in the south, Fustignac in the west and south-west and Lussan-Adeilhac in the west.
