World Heritage in Lesotho

The World Heritage in Lesotho (as of 2016) includes a mixed UNESCO World Heritage Site of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Lesotho joined the World Heritage Convention in 2003; the only World Heritage site to date was registered in 2013.

This table lists the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Lesotho in chronological order according to the year of their inclusion in the World Heritage List (K - cultural heritage, N - natural heritage, K / N - mixed, (R) - on the Red List of World Heritage in Danger ).

The UNESCO World Heritage in Lesotho includes the Sehlabathebe National Park as part of the cross-border Maloti Drakensberg Park, a site of cultural and natural heritage . Another site is on the tentative list and could thus be nominated for inclusion in the world heritage list.

One site is currently (2016) entered in the tentative list of Lesotho, the entry was made in 2008.
