World Heritage in the Comoros

The island state of Comoros in the Indian Ocean ratified the World Heritage Convention in 2000. So far (as of 2016) no site on the Comoros has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage .

Tentative list

The sites that are intended for nomination for inclusion in the World Heritage List are entered in the tentative list . Currently (2016) four sites are entered in the tentative list of the Comoros, the last entry was made in 2007. The following table lists the sites in chronological order according to the year of their inclusion in the tentative list (K - cultural heritage, N - natural heritage, K / N - mixed).
