The Austrian Football League 2013 is the 29th season of the top Austrian men's American football division . It began on March 23, 2013 with the game of the Swarco Raiders Tirol against the JCL Graz Giants and ends on July 28, 2013 with the Austrian Bowl XXIX.
The mode remained the same compared to the previous year. A simple round-trip round is played, which means a total of 10 games for each team. The best four teams of the regular season take part in the playoffs, with the first two having home rights. Its winners play in the Austrian Bowl for the Austrian title.
As in the previous year, ORF will broadcast some games live this season. In addition to five basic games, the Austrian Bowl XXIX will also be broadcast.
