The Avia BH-28 is a Czechoslovakian biplane - reconnaissance aircraft . It was designed by Pavel Beneš and Miroslav Hajn.

The two-seat prototype appeared in 1927. The prototype was presented to representatives of the Romanian Air Force in Bucharest . An order was not placed. It stayed with the only copy.
