Bärbel Grygier
Bärbel Grygier (born February 20, 1955 in Berlin ) is a non-party German politician who was or is active for the PDS and the party Die Linke .
Grygier graduated in 1986 with a doctorate in mathematics and clinical psychology. rer. nat. from. In the 1980s she was in charge of the Sex after Seven section on the GDR youth broadcaster DT64 .
She was district councilor and from December 13, 1995 to December 31, 2000, district mayor of the Berlin district of Hohenschönhausen . In 2001, after the district reform in Berlin, she became the first district mayor of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district .
