The B7 is a first-order main road in Cyprus . It connects the port city of Paphos with the town of Polis in the west of the island over a distance of about 35 km.

The B7 starts in the old town of Paphos at an intersection with the B20 . The connection to the east is continued here by the B6 . The B7 runs in a northerly direction out of the city and leads overland through the towns of Mesogi , Stroumpi , Giolou and Skoulli to the coastal town of Polis on the north-west coast of Cyprus.
