Bae Seong-woo (born November 21, 1972 ) is a South Korean actor .

Life

Bae Seong-woo was born in 1972. His younger brother, Bae Seong-jae, is a television presenter.

Bae Seong-woo began his career in 1999 in the musical Witch Hunt ( 마녀 사냥 Manyeosanyang ). In 2008 he made his film debut in Crush and Blush by Lee Kyoung-mi , produced by Park Chan-wook . In 2010 he played a supporting role in Jang Cheol-soo's revenge thriller Bedevilled . From then on he had supporting roles in numerous films. In 2015 he starred in the webtoon adaptation Inside Men - The Revenge of Justice , which with over nine million admissions became the most successful South Korean film without youth ratings . He was also invited to the Cannes International Film Festival through the Thriller Office . In 2020 he played a hotel receptionist who finds a bag full of money in a locker in the thriller Beasts Clawing at Straws .
