The Cremona railway station is the station of the northern Italian city of Cremona . It is operated by the state-run Rete Ferroviaria Italiana .
The train station is located north of the old town and is the starting point for the Pavia – Cremona , Treviglio – Cremona , Brescia – Cremona , Cremona – Mantua , Cremona – Fidenza and Piacenza – Cremona railway lines .
The station was an important hub of the urban tram network (1916-1940) and later the trolleybus network (1940-2002).
