The Cremona – Fidenza railway is a railway line operated by the Italian railway company Rete Ferroviaria Italiana .

It was opened on September 12, 1906 and operated by the Società Italiana Ferrovie e Tramvie (SIFT). The line was later taken over by the state-owned railway company Ferrovie dello Stato (FS).

At the end of the 1970s, the line was electrified with 3 kV direct current . The electric railway operation was inaugurated on May 27, 1979. The line therefore provides a second connection for the freight trains that can reach the marshalling yard from Milan via Cremona and Treviglio .
