The Treviglio – Cremona railway is a standard-gauge railway in Italy .

history

Already planned under the Austrian government, the line was opened in 1863.

It was initially operated by the SFAI . From July 1, 1885, it was incorporated into the Rete Adriatica (RA) and was therefore operated by the SFM . With the nationalization of the railway network in 1905, it was operated by the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS).

In the 1970s, electrification took place with 3 kV direct current.
