The house Ball Road 20 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The large half-timbered house was built according to the inscription on the floor threshold M PD by the Quedlinburg master carpenter Peter Thin principal in 1669. In Quedlinburger monument list the building is registered as Ackerbürgerhaus. The half-timbered facade is decorated with roller beam heads , profiled filler wood and flat ship throats . The gate of the house as well as the windows and shutters were created in the course of a renovation in a classical style.
In the 18th / 19th In the 19th century, a half-timbered building wing was added on the north side of the courtyard.
