The house Ball Road 48 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Ballstrasse 47 , which is also a listed building, borders to the north .

Architecture and history

The three-storey half-timbered house was built by an inscription on the floor threshold in 1700 by the builder LZM In Quedlinburger monument list the house is registered as a residence. It towers over the adjoining two-story building.

The half-timbered facade has a chamfered threshold, pyramid beam heads and filler timber with a longitudinal profile.
