The house Ball Road 12 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built according to an inscription on the threshold in 1697. The builders were Christoff Oppermann and Maria Wolters . The builder monogram LZM reminds of the builder . The building is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The half-timbered facade is decorated with struts, St. Andrew's crosses , pyramid beam heads, profiles on the threshold and filler wood.
In the period around 1840 the front door of the building was renewed.
