Ballstrasse 30 (Quedlinburg)
The house Ball Road 30 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Ballstrasse 29 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Ballstrasse 31 to the south .
Architecture and history
The small half-timbered house was built around 1760 and is lower than the neighboring houses. The house is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The building is covered by a high roof and has a simple design. The only decoration is a profiled plank.
