Ballstrasse 22 (Quedlinburg)
The house Ball Road 22 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
The building is used by the DRK district association Quedlinburg / Halberstadt eV . There is an ambulance station in the courtyard .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The property consists of two half-timbered buildings joined together . The farm is registered as an agricultural citizen farm in the Quedlinburg monument register. The southern part was built around 1780 and has a gable designed in the classicism style . In this part of the building there is a large gate passage. The basement of the northern half was built in the 18th century. The compartments there are provided with ornamental brickwork. The upper floor was probably not built until the 19th century. The sleepers are clad with planks with different profiles.
On the north side of the courtyard there is a small wing from the 18th century.
