The house Ball Road 31 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Ballstrasse 30 , which is also a listed building, borders to the north .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1820. The house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. The building is simply designed. The windows of the house are arranged axially symmetrically. The building was renovated at the beginning of the 21st century. The previous arrangement of windows and gate on the ground floor was changed. The window shutters that had shaped the ground floor before the renovation were removed.
