The house Ball Road 24 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Ballstrasse 23 , which is also a listed building, borders to the north .

Architecture and history

The large half-timbered house was built around 1680. The house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. The building has a mezzanine floor . The half-timbered facade of the upper floor shows diamond crosses and the Thuringian ladder as half-timbered shapes .
