Barbara Williams
Barbara Williams (* 1953 near Vancouver Island , British Columbia ) is a Canadian actress , singer and screenwriter .
Life
Barbara Williams was born on a tugboat en route to Esperanza, a remote mission station on northwest Vancouver Island. At that time, her parents lived in nearby Zeballos . Her father Jack was American , her mother Simone French .
Her father died while Barbara was recording her only CD, Forgiving Ocean , which is dedicated to him.
Her first television appearance was in the 1978 television film All's Well That Ends Well . Her first film to be released on video in Germany was the film Höllenhunde des Highways produced in 1981 (Original: Firebird 2015 AD ).
In addition to a number of feature and television films (see film selection below), she also acted in some television series ; so among others in Der Equalizer (episode: The Making of a Martyr , 1989), Spaceship Enterprise: The next century (episode: Indiskretionen , 1993), CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators (episode: A dirty game , 2002) and Bones - The Bone Hunter (episode: A Traitor in the Fire , 2006). Most recently, she appeared in three episodes of the third season of the Canadian police series Rookie Blue ( Messy Houses , Coming Home , I Never , all 2012).
Barbara Williams is widowed, she was married to the socio-political activist Tom Hayden , with whom she lived in Los Angeles .
