The Barbuise is a river in France that runs in the Aube department in the Grand Est region . It rises in the municipality of Luyères , initially drains in a north-westerly direction, reaches the Aube valley north of Pouan-les-Vallées , turns there to the west, now runs parallel to the Aube and, after a total of 36 kilometers, flows into the hamlet of Le Bachot , in the municipality of Charny -le-Bachot , as a left tributary into a tributary of the Aube.
