Barcinek is a village in the Pobiedziska municipality in the Poznański powiat in the Greater Poland Voivodeship in western-central Poland . The place is located about 10 km west of Pobiedziska and 14 km northeast of the state capital Poznań and belongs to the Jerzykowo Schulzenamt .
history
After the Second Partition of Poland in 1793, the place belonged to the Posen District and after its reorganization in 1887 to the Posen-East District . On December 1, 1910, the place had 48 inhabitants. From 1975 to 1998 the place belonged to the Poznan Voivodeship .
