Beacon Pictures is an American film production company . It was founded in 1990. One of the co-founders is Armyan Bernstein . Beacon Communications LLC , its formal name, has been part of the Holding Pictures Distributing Company , owned by Bernstein and Charlie Lyons , since 2002 .

Buena Vista Pictures / Touchstone Pictures
