Beam & Yanou was a German trance project consisting of Michael Urgacz ( Beam ) and Yann Peifer ( Yanou ).

Career

In 1997, when Michael Urgacz and Yann Peifer founded the Beam & Yanou project together, Michael Urgacz had already gained some experience with music projects such as Dancefloor Syndroma or Move 2 Groove . He also produced some remixes for the Scottish singer Maggie Reilly . Beam & Yanou produced five singles together, all of which reached placements in the German single charts. The most successful was the single Rainbow of Mine , which came in at number 30 in the German single charts and reached number 84 in the Swiss charts. Sound of Love was the anthem of the Nature One music festival in 2000 .

The single Free Fall was the last joint production of the duo in 2001, whose paths subsequently parted. Afterwards both had further successes with various music projects. Yanou produced in 2001 in collaboration with DJ Sammy and the Dutch singer Do the number-one hit Heaven . He later had further international successes with the Eurodance project Cascada and with the dance project RIO Beam. He had some chart successes with the trance project Beam vs. Cyrus and released several productions under BEAM, Michael Urgacz, Michael Urgacz VS Sean Tyas , JamX, Beam & Vace and made numerous remixes for artists such as Robbie Williams , Kim Wilde , Cosmic Gate , Queen , Airscape , Des Mitchell , Lange and many others.
