Bebetta (* in Bremen , civic Anika Schnabel ) is a German techno - DJ and music producer .

Career

After graduating from high school , Anika Schnabel completed an apprenticeship in retail and began her way into the DJ scene in 2008. Since Schnabel initially did not see himself as a full-fledged DJ, but rather as a beta version of a DJ, she called herself "Bebetta Beta". A year later she changed her stage name to "Bebetta". In 2009 she moved to Trier to study psychology . She broke this off, from there she concentrated fully on the music and moved to Hofheim am Taunus . She has lived in Berlin since 2014 .

"Bebetta In Bed" is Schnabel's monthly podcast series in which she streams her music live via Facebook and YouTube from bed .

Since its debut - EP Kapellmeister she plays regularly at various festivals worldwide. (including Fusion Festival , Feel Festival, Airbeat One , Oldenbora , Ikarus , Strawberry Fields). With her last Raver 4 Life EP , she entered the German Club Charts and the Beatport Charts in early 2019 .
