Beldandi ( Nepali बेलडाँडी ) is a city ( municipality ) in the western Terai of Nepal in the Kanchanpur district .
Beldandi is located in the south of the district on the Indian border. In September 2015, the neighboring community of Rauteli Bichawa was incorporated and Beldandi was declared a city.
Residents
At the 2011 census, the VDCs from which Beldandi was formed had 21,949 inhabitants (10,330 of them male) in 3760 households.
