The Kanchanpur District ( Nepali कञ्चनपुर जिल्ला Kanchanpur Jillā ) is one of 77 districts in Nepal and has belonged to Sudurpashchim Province since the 2015 constitution .

geography

The district is located in the far west of Nepal in the Terai on the Mahakali ( Sharda ), tributary of the Ghaghara , which forms the western border of Nepal with India .
