The Okhaldhunga District ( Nepali ओखलढुङ्गा जिल्ला ) is one of 77 districts in Nepal and has been part of the Constitution of 2015 for Province No. 1, .

The Likhu Khola , Sunkoshi and Dudhkoshi rivers form the western, southern and eastern borders of the district. The Maulung Khola River flows through the central part of the district.

The district had 156,702 inhabitants at the 2001 census; In 2011 there were 147,984.
