Bellou ( pronunciation ^?^/^I ) is a former French community with 147 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy .

On January 1, 2016, Bellou was incorporated into the new municipality of Livarot-Pays-d'Auge as part of a regional reform together with 21 neighboring municipalities .

Bellou is located in the Pays d'Auge . Lisieux is located around 20 kilometers north of the village . To the west-southwest of Bellous, Falaise is a good 35 kilometers away.
