Benthamiella graminifolia is a plant type from the genus Benthamiella in the family of the nightshade family (Solanaceae).
description
Benthamiella graminifolia is a Chamaephyte , the leaves of which are 15 to 18 mm long and 0.5 to 1.5 mm fried. At the base of the leaf blade , the edge is hairy with simple or branched trichomes . The calyx is 9 mm long, tubular and hairy on the outside, but the edge of the calyx-tube is hairless. The crown is 14 to 16 mm long, tubular and slightly bulbous. It is hairy inside in the upper part of the corolla tube. The five stamens are almost identical and do not protrude beyond the crown. The stamens are hairless and start in about half of the corolla tube. Of theOvary has a visible nectarium , the stylus does not protrude beyond the crown.
distribution
The species is endemic to Patagonia and grows there in the western Río Negros and Chubuts in steppes.

The species was first described in 1916 by Carl Johan Fredrik Skottsberg .
