Beppe Wolgers , actually John Bertil Wolgers , (born November 10, 1928 in Stockholm , † August 6, 1986 in Östersund , Jämtland ) was a Swedish actor , author , composer and director .

Life

Wolgers was the son of forester John Wolgers and Gerda Wolgers, nee Korsgren. From 1947 to 1948 he attended the Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia, USA, and from 1946 to 1947 the Poppius journalistskola and Otte Skölds målarskola. Wolgers was a journalist at Stockholms-Tidningen from 1960 to 1961.
