Bernabé de Jesús Sagastume Lemus OFMCap (born May 20, 1961 in San Esteban ) is a Honduran priest and bishop of Santa Rosa de Lima .

Life

Bernabé de Jesús Sagastume Lemus joined the religious order of the Capuchins , made his profession on December 28, 1985 and the Bishop of Zacapa and Prelate of Santo Cristo de Esquipulas , Rodolfo Quezada Toruño , ordained him on January 31, 1987 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Santa Rosa de Lima on July 28, 2007 .

The Archbishop of Guatemala , Cardinal Rodolfo Quezada Toruño, ordained him episcopal on October 6th of the same year; Co- consecrators were Bruno Musarò , Apostolic Nuncio in Guatemala , and Pablo Ervin Schmitz Simon OFMCap, Vicar Apostolic of Bluefields .
