Bernat Erta Majo (born February 15, 2001 in Lleida ) is a Spanish sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter distance .

Athletic career

Bernat Erta gained his first international experience in 2018, when he finished sixth at the U18 European Championships in Győr in 47.50 seconds and thus qualified for the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires , where he also came in sixth. The following year he took part in the Spanish 4 x 400 meter relay at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow , where he won the silver medal behind the team from Belgium with a new national record of 3: 06.32 min. In the summer he won the silver medal in the individual competition at the U20 European Championships in Borås in 46.24 seconds and the bronze medal in the relay in 3: 08.66 minutes.
