Bert Papenfuß-Gorek (born January 11, 1956 in Stavenhagen ; also Bert Papenfuß ) is a German poet .

Life

Papenfuß learned the trade of electronics technician, sound and lighting technician. After serving in the army as a construction soldier , he worked as a theater lighting technician in Schwerin and from 1976 in Berlin. He has been a freelance writer since 1980. Since his publication options were restricted in the GDR, he performed his texts in the company of various rock and punk bands.

From 1994 he tried out the concept of the anarchist culture bar with the “Torpedo Beetle”, then from 1999 to 2009 he was co-operator of the Kaffee Burger , where he coordinated the cultural program Salon Brückenkopf . Since 2010 he has been running the Kulturspelunke Rumbalotte continua . This was on Metzer Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin until September 2015 . Bert Papenfuß decided to close this location after increasing gentrification of the neighborhood.

He was the editor of the successive magazines Sklaven , Sklaven Aufstand (1994–1999), OPPOSER , floppy myriapoda . He is currently working on the follow-up project Downwards! involved.
