Another revision followed in 2012, with two double cross bars in the radiator grille, which was formally presented for the first time at Auto China that same year.
The car is powered either by a 2.0 l petrol engine with 108 kW or a 2.3 l petrol engine with 120 kW. A six-speed manual gearbox and a five-speed automatic gearbox are available for the 2.0-l version, while the automatic gearbox is standard in the 2.3-l version. In 2010 Besturn presented a concept vehicle with a fuel cell drive (FCEV) in Shanghai . A hybrid vehicle (HEV) was presented at a press conference in Beijing in 2008.
In line with the price, the safety equipment is significantly higher than usual for Chinese cars. Airbags for driver and front passenger are just as standard as ABS and traction control . Numerous other airbags were available at an additional cost. Other equipment includes air conditioning as standard; Things like a DVD player and navigation system are available for an additional charge.
