Elizabeth Anna Halcyon Littleford (born July 17, 1968 in Nashville , Tennessee ) is an American actress .

Life

Elizabeth Anna Halcyon Littleford was born in Nashville, Tennessee to a professor and cardiologist. She studied at Swarthmore College and graduated from The New School in New York City . She stayed in New York and appeared in her self-written play This Is Where I Get Off on Off-Broadway in 1996 . In the same year she was hired for The Daily Show , where she not only appeared in over 148 episodes by 2000, but also met her husband, producer Rob Fox, and married in 1998. She was then able to work as a supporting actress in several films such as Drillbit Taylor - A man for all accidents and Crazy, Stupid, Love. and establish series such as Tripp's Rockband and The Hard Times of RJ Berger .
