Bianca Nărea

Bianca Andreea Nărea (born November 30, 1986 in Kronstadt ) is a former Romanian ski racer .

Nărea started for AS Ski Club Predeal . In 2005 she took part in a World Ski Championships for the first time . In Santa Caterina , Italy , she started in slalom and giant slalom, but was eliminated early.

In 2006 Nărea took part in the Olympic Winter Games in Turin , where she was the only Romanian starter in alpine skiing. She started in the giant slalom in Sestriere , where she was 47th in the first round. In the second run she didn't make it to the finish line.

At the 2007 World Championships in Åre (Sweden) Nărea was 49th in giant slalom, in slalom she did not reach the goal. In 2009 at the World Championships in Val-d'Isère , France , she was 45th in giant slalom, in slalom she was eliminated again.

Her sister's younger sister, Sandra Nărea, was also a successful ski racer, Romanian champion and World Cup participant.
