Bible Prize

The Bible Prize is an award worth 3,000 euros that is awarded every two years . It was first awarded in 1992 on the occasion of the Year of the Bible . The Evangelical Church in Württemberg and the Württemberg Biblical Society award the prize to people and groups who convey the message of the Bible in a special and appealing way .

In addition, four special prizes will be awarded in the categories "Children, School, Confirmation " and " Electronic Media " (prize money each 1000 euros). The award ceremony always takes place on ecumenical Bible Sunday by the regional bishop of the Evangelical Church in Württemberg.
