Bicos is a place and a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Alentejo in Portugal in the district of Beja , with an area of 52.6 km² and 549 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). This corresponds to a population density of 10.4 inh / km². The parish of Bicos was not established until March 25, 1988. Before that, the place belonged to the municipality of Vale de Santiago .
