Bie Norling
Birgitta Margareta (Bie) Norling (born September 24, 1937 in Karlstad , Värmland County ) is a Swedish sculptor and painter.
Education and life
Bie Norling was trained in sculpture by Sixten Nilsson in Karlstad from 1957 to 1958 , by Gustav Arvid Knöppel from 1961 to 1962 and from 1977 to 1978 at Värmlands Konstskola Kyrkeryd .
She creates her sculptures with different materials such as bronze , concrete , terracotta , marble and steel . In painting, the focus is on the clown with his big hands, feet and sly smile.
She lived in Värmland , Sörmland , Dalarna , Spain , Glumslöv Skåne and now she lives and works in Helsingborg.
